You agree to notify JLQQ support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. JLQQ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
JLQQ is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by JLQQ as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
All deposits on JLQQ are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JLQQ accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the JLQQ cashier at the time of deposit.
Deposits are credited to your JLQQ account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. JLQQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. JLQQ aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or additional security checks.
JLQQ reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have successfully completed identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the JLQQ cashier.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on JLQQ are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). JLQQ does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.
JLQQ may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your JLQQ account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. JLQQ will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
JLQQ reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other Players. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of JLQQ.
All games available on the JLQQ Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, JLQQ reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. JLQQ's decision regarding game malfunctions is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in respect of a voided game round.
JLQQ is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the Player's side during an active game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play on JLQQ.
Sports betting markets on JLQQ, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing, are subject to specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. JLQQ reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the nature of the event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLQQ Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the JLQQ Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of JLQQ or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JLQQ Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the JLQQ Platform without the prior written consent of JLQQ.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLQQ, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JLQQ Platform, including but not limited to:
JLQQ's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JLQQ account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JLQQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of a dispute between you and JLQQ, you agree to first contact JLQQ support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR where applicable, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
